English instructor and Dean of Student Life Sarah Wolf will leave Marlborough this June after five years at the School. Since joining the faculty in 2009, Wolf has taught 7th grade, 9th grade and 10th grade English and been involved with many aspects of student life.
Wolf will move across the country to work at The Winsor= School, an all-girls school in Boston, where she will teach 9th and 12th grade English.
Originally from Ohio, Wolf wanted to move to be closer to her significant other and the rest of her family in Cleveland.
While Wolf says she will miss the California weather, she looks forward to experiencing seasons again. Additionally, Wolf said that she is very excited to root for Boston’s sports teams like the Boston Red Sox, and she looks forward to not needing to drive everywhere.
“Winsor is walking distance from Fenway Park, and I am excited to be able to be in a city that loves its sports teams,” Wolf said.
During her time at Marlborough, Wolf was involved with All School Council, the Campus Environmental Committee, Green Teens, the club program, and many student leadership programs.
“I love Marlborough and am so happy here. I am sad to leave but am looking forward to this new adventure in my life,” Wolf said.
