Attention all lettuce lovers! Cafe M will now be selling salad bar items by weight. Cafe M salads will now be $6.50 a pound, so you might want to think twice before adding more chunky croutons and juicy chicken strips to your salad just for the heck of it. Hopefully, this new system will help prevent students and faculty from over-stuffing their salad containers with excess toppings that end up wasted in the trash after lunch.
