Cameron Simpson is a new Marlborough security guard. Although he has only been working at Marlborough for about a week now, he is an essential part of the Marlborough security team. He patrols both Rossmore and Arden to make sure Marlborough is a safe and orderly community for everyone on campus. He would describe himself as outgoing and is looking forward to integrating more into the Marlborough community.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
Simpson: “I really enjoy both photography and graphic design and have been doing both for about six years now. I typically like to work with people when I do photography and recently, shot a wedding! I also like working with L.A. rappers and models and was even able to work with Problem, one of my favorite rappers.”
Q: Do you have any siblings?
Simpson: “Yes, I have a younger sister who is twenty-one years old.”
Q: Do you have any pets?
Simpson: “I have a family pet! I have a pitbull named Rocky, she is kind of everyone’s pet in my family. She’s about four years old.”
Q: What is your favorite part of the Marlborough community?
Simpson: “There are some really great people at Marlborough!”
Q: What was your favorite subject in school?
Simpson: “Science and history, for sure. In science, I am really interested in cell reproduction.”
Q: What is your favorite TV show?
Simpson: “I like anything sci-fi, such as ‘Vampire Diaries.’”
Q: What do you like to do with your family?
Simpson: “We have big parties where the whole family gets together, and I really like to see everyone.”
Q: What did you do before Marlborough?
Simpson: “I used to work at a lab. I worked with vials, blood and things like that. If I were to go into the medical field, I think I would want to be a nurse, because it’s very rewarding being able to know you are helping someone.”
Q: Favorite song/ genre/ music taste
Simpson: “I listen to every type of music, as long as it has a beat!”
